Baked Parmesan Garlic Crusted Salmon

Since November, Josh and I have been trying to be better with our meals. During the work week for dinner we have salad with either salmon or chicken. Salmon is very versatile and can be cooked many ways. The flavors of salmon when it is flaky and juicy is amazing. Here is a Parmesan garlic crusted salmon recipe that you will love. It is easy to make and only require a few ingredients.

Prep and Cook Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 2

  1. Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees.

  2. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray with cooking oil. Sprinkle salt on both sides of salmon. Place salmon skin side down on the foil.

  3. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder and parsley in a small bowl. Mix in butter. Press bread crumb mixture evenly on salmon.

  4. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes with fork. Be sure to not overbake the salmon as it will dry it out.

  5. Serve on top of salad or with a side of vegetables.

  1. This looks so yummy! I cannot wait to try and it is something different. My mouth is literally watering and my stomach is growling… on my way to get dressed to go to the store now while printing this recipe! Thanks… thanks so much for sharing!!!

  2. This sounds like a delicious meal. I’m going to have to give it a try! Just for me though… the rest of my family doesn’t like seafood (shocking I know).

  3. This sounds delicious! I usually make tilapia instead of salmon, personal preference, but it sounds great for both. I’ve never cooked with Himalayan salt before.

  4. I’m not a huge fan of salmon, but I also have just never been able to find a greasy recipe. My husband loves it though, so maybe we’ll give this one a try!

  5. I always cook salmon with lemon and dill and I’m starting to get tired of it. Time to try something new with my favorite fish! Thanks for sharing this recipe it looks lovely.

  6. Wow this looks amazing! The fish looks very juicy and anything with parmesan is a win!
I’ll defiantly be making it soon 🙂 What should I serve next to it?

    1. Baked asparagus or a simple salad with your favorite dressing. We have our salad with balsamic vinaigrette topped with a piece of salmon
