Breakfast Personal Pizza

Breakfast is an essential meal and is the important one of the day. For us, breakfast is easiest to make during the weekend. This type of breakfast was quick and easy, that is why it is perfect for even those lazy Saturday or Sunday mornings. It does not require a lot of ingredients and prep time. Josh gave this two thumbs up because it is combining breakfast with his favorite food – pizza.

Prep & Cook Time: 25 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Crescent Rolls

  • 4-6 strips cooked bacon, halved

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese

  • Basil leaves, shreds

  • Black pepper



Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll crescent rolls and form 4 rectangles on an un-greased baking sheet. Roll about 1/8 inch of each side of the dough to prevent the egg whites from spilling off the dough.

  2. Lightly sprinkle about 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese evenly each pizza. Place 2-3 bacon pieces on each. Crack an egg in the middle of each piece. Sprinkle with basil and rest of Parmesan cheese. Top with ground black pepper on top of egg.

  3. Place in oven and cook for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
